Diamond Greene is a strategic communications and digital engagement professional with experience supporting federal agencies, healthcare initiatives, entrepreneurial brands, and growing businesses through impactful storytelling, strategic communications, and audience engagement.
Currently serving within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM), Diamond has been detailed to the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to assist in building and managing the organization’s communications function, with a focus on internal communications, workforce engagement, and strategic communications initiatives. In this role, she supports executive messaging, digital engagement efforts, workforce campaigns, and communication strategies tied to organizational modernization and employee engagement.
Prior to DHS, Diamond supported communications and stakeholder engagement efforts within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, contributing to healthcare outreach initiatives and intergovernmental engagement strategies.
In addition to her federal communications experience, Diamond serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Communications at Greene Diamond Inc., where she partners with businesses, entrepreneurs, and growing brands to enhance visibility, strengthen audience engagement, and develop impactful brand experiences. Her work includes strategic communications consulting, marketing and campaign development, branding support, graphic and visual content creation, digital engagement strategy, and tailored communications solutions designed to help clients connect more effectively with their target audiences and achieve their business goals.
